Our company is dedicated to the pursuit of carbon removal through enhanced weathering, a process that involves using natural weathering minerals to capture and sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Our primary focus is not only on permanent carbon removal but also on soil improvement. By leveraging the power of weathering minerals, we aim to restore soil health, enhance agricultural productivity, and contribute to the achievement of IPCC goals for climate mitigation.
We are currently engaged in projects across Suriname, Guyana, and Spain.
In Suriname and Guyana, the favorable climatic conditions and ample available space enable us to execute substantial projects. This scalability empowers us to make a substantial impact through significant carbon removal efforts. Additionally, our collaborative approach with local stakeholders contributes to the growth of the local economy.
In Northwest Spain, conditions are ideal for our enhanced weathering projects. This location is optimal in Europe for both capturing CO2 and improving soil. Here, we combine carbon removal with soil rehabilitation.
We work according to a specific methodology to make sure our projects really make a difference. This includes listening to stakeholders, evaluating risks, and running simulations to estimate how much CO2 we'll remove. We don't just rely on estimates; we verify the actual amount of carbon removed with field measurements. Our approach is designed to achieve lasting benefits and real reductions in carbon levels, going beyond what would happen without our intervention.
